# Gestion de projets

Tout projet ou tâche est présentement géré dans le [projet Backlog GitHub](https://github.com/orgs/ClubCedille/projects/3/views/1) avec des vues par responsable. 


À chaque fois que nous avons un bug, une nouvelle requête de déploiement de site web ou de service, ou encore une avancée dans la gestion du club, nous la suivons en tant qu’issue dans le projet GitHub en lui attribuant le bon tag selon la responsabilité. Ainsi, nous avons les vues Kanban suivantes par responsable :
